The Culinary Arts pathway is about learning to be a professional in the work environment. The Chefs coats are an important part of the experience. Also the coats help students safety in class while cooking, it is so important but it takes a substantial chunk of my budget for coats. Creating an environment for learning and knowledge has a lot to do with feeling ready and prepared for class. "I love wearing a chef coat like a real chef, it makes us better.
