I am a 7th grade Language Arts teacher who loves what she does! I am always trying to unlock ways to reach even the most disenchanted learner and show students that learning truly is powerful and can be fun! Our school is located in an agricultural and high-poverty area of eastern North Carolina. For many, their education will be the ticket out of not so ideal environments. I hope to grow as an educator each year, just as I hope my students grow into lifelong learners.
