Students will be introduce to the idea and concept of a self portrait. Understanding the dimension and meaningful story behind ones self interpretation is imperative. Class will learn about this important concept through the fine arts and the masters of portraiture. To then manipulate their digital photography as a tool for artistic expression. As the media requires, and in order to see the results to then exhibit them, the students will need, and must print their work. Not only to use the print material as a final piece, but to be able to expand their creativity and at the same time learn about applied technology and its many uses. The scanner will allowed students to incorporate and en-grand their artistic and conceptual outcome. Moreover, my students will get update and familiarized with our current technology.
