In our class right now I have some students staggering their computer usage, which limits the amount of instruction time they receive and how much time they are allowed to us the technology for their projects. We are looking to become more efficient with the little time we have in half-day Kindergarten by getting to 1:1 with devices, allowing there to be more time for instruction both ON and OFF the computers. When this is achieved we will gain a minimum of 60-minutes of instruction time within a 14-hour school week. This doesn't sound like a lot, but in Kindergarten-time this is equivalent to 4 more lessons a week! That's AMAZING!
