My students will graduate high school at the end of June. My school is located in New York City. It is a public school, in a rough part of the city, in which some students are not sure whether they want to attend college or not. I want to use the novel I am requesting in order to teach them life lessons about students who made a pact to become successful doctors after graduating high school.
