I am currently teaching English as a Second Language in my classroom. Many of our students come to school with very little English and are spending time with me in this class to receive some extra support. We focus mostly on vocabulary acquisition and reading. We make sure to have plenty of time to work on our speaking skills as well. For the last two years, our school has received 9 out of 10 state-appointed points towards our letter grade. By funding these projects, you would be helping our students gain a second language to aid them on their way towards success. Thank you, for anything you can give.
