Not every student in my classroom can afford headphones. We are very fortunate that my school has provided my classroom with chrome books and a few iPads. About half my classroom does not have their own pair of headphones getting eight new pairs would allow each student to have their own pair for their technology center. I don’t like the students to have to share headphones because of health reasons and each student feels excited that they have their own pair. Some students had headphones and they broke after a few times of wearing them and the parents can’t afford to get them new ones. Also getting two new wireless mice would be very helpful for the students that have trouble using the chrome book mouse included . Technology center is definitely most of the students favorite part of the day and they would be so excited to be able to wear new headphones. On the computers they get to do math and literacy games and they really enjoy it. Without headphones it’s hard for the class to focus.
