My students consist of grades 9-12. Some are extremely athletic and some refuse to even run 10 feet. Modifications of any game or sport we play is definitely one of my better skills. I love having everyone participating! My school is in a rural area. Some of my students have never even left this town. By introducing them to diverse activities, they are able to see that there is more to physical fitness than they think! Often times, they find a game really corny at first but then they ask if they can play it everyday! It's a great feeling to know that things I come up with are actually impacting their lives! I have had many students go home and teach their little brothers or sisters the games!
