The materials that I am requesting will be used throughout the day for the entire school year. The books will be a good addition to our small, yet growing classroom library. We typically start off our day in the classroom with each student picking the book that interests them and reading it independently. They would dive deeper into their reading during literacy centers by responding to the text and by identifying if the book they're reading is fiction or nonfiction. The movement stools will help specific students focus on staying seated during work time and will help minimize classroom distractions. The donations to this project will provide more opportunities for students to access multiple imaginary worlds and promote literacy! My students would be beyond excited to see these new additions to the classroom. Having new books will increase student engagement and motivation to read. Thank you for your support for student learning! The class and I appreciate it!
