Adding these engaging, grade level texts to our classroom library will put high quality texts in the hands of children who might not otherwise get the opportunity. My students have a thirst to learn and a willingness to take risks for their education. These materials will give them the opportunity to deepen comprehension while engaging in the content that interests them. I polled my class to see what topics and books they were most interested in and have set out to stock our classroom shelves with these books. This can be costly, but with your help, I can make this dream a reality for my students!
