The students in our school are Native American and come from a high poverty area. The school has approximately 130 students in the middle school. These students all have the desire to learn, but many obstacles block them. One of the main areas that cause struggles is hunger, as many of these students do not have money, so the only food they may see is at school. Therefore, by having comfort snacks available, students will be able to concentrate on their work rather than do things to leave the room.

About my class
