Hello, welcome to my classroom! I recently received a new technology teacher position at an alternate assessment middle/high school... and I'm so excited to build and shape the program. Technology is so important for special-needs students because it has the ability to enable them to interact with the world in ways never before possible. I want them to feel connected, engaged, and relaxed during lessons, skill practice, and free exploration, and to do that we need adaptive equipment. Help me turn a basic tech lab into an place where special needs students can take better ownership of their learning experience using adaptive equipment and technology.
