My students interact with a variety of stressors in their lives. With the games and tools I've selected, my students will be prepared to face life's challenges head on! With the items in this project, students will be able to identify and explore their emotions, understand how to use a variety of personal strategies to support their self-management and interactions, and build on their knowledge of interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. My counseling classroom will serve as a safe, calming place for students to learn fun ways to reduce their anxieties and worries, allowing them to create more friendships and a stronger community.
