Students feel comfortable and confident to let their voices be heard.This is the perfect time to share with students engaging texts that will encourage them to grow their thinking. Students will be able to read, interpret and discuss high interest texts. These texts provide opportunities for higher order thinking in which students will be able to discuss and develop ideas with peers and in writing. We can promote a love for literacy by providing rich literature to our students.

About my class
