This camera will allow my children to share their thinking with the whole class. There is no greater joy than watching a kid place their work under the camera, then going to the board and sharing. You see their eyes light up. They share and define, take questions and defend. They are learning skills that will take them far in life. How to explain yourself and your thinking, how to defend your thoughts, and how to take questions and build upon them. When they can see their work in their handwriting it means something. My original document camera died after 12 years of hard work. I have tried many creative ways to duplicate this experience, but haven't found it yet. I tried a cheap$100, but it did work well and did not do justice to the kid's work. They deserve this.
