In our class, we use interactive notebooks to enhance learning in each subject. We need supplies to create these notebooks including Elmer's glue sticks, scissors, Staples duct tape, paper clips, Sharpie markers and highlighters, BIC mechanical pens, and Post-it Pop-up notes. Glue is a major component of all of our note-booking. Anchor charts that are created with flip chart markers are something that we create together to help students easily remember key information. I have found that most of my students are very visual and hands-on oriented. Using these supplies will help provide the students the opportunity to get hands-on involved with their own learning experience. My students are loaded with creativity and knowledge just bursting at the seams! I know that by giving them access to such supplies the potential is limitless. The sky is the limit when it's all about learning.
