In addition to having these tablets to access remedial programs, my students will have access to unlimited opportunities to expand their knowledge and their skills. A touchscreen on a tablet is perfect for kids because it keeps them engaged with the task at hand. Tablets will also be used as an assessment tool. Different apps can be used individually or as a whole class to help gather information quickly and easily to give me an idea of student understanding of the concepts that are being taught daily. Anything that can help my students achieve success is a total game changer! They deserve it! Seeing their smiles when they make connections and achieve success in their day is my reason for working with these amazing kids.
