My students are 9th graders at Charlestown High School, a traditional Boston Public School. They come from all over the city of Boston and are full of enthusiasm and questions! They are beginning their high school science careers with an engineering course. Access to Chromebooks will allow students to learn and practice CAD, organize data on Excel, participate in online simulations, do research for engineer design projects, and create professional presentations. Your support for this project will help 100 low income students gain critical technology and career skills. Freshmen year is a critical time for students to decide to either engage or disengage in the STEM fields and your support can make a huge difference!
