Our students love hands-on art projects, especially ones that tie into lesson content and/or beautify the school. We're always in need of new and additional supplies, as materials get used and our budget runs low. We'd like to create colorful mosaic tiles to be added to our wall mural. Existing tiles were made by pressing objects found in nature into fresh clay, then glazed and mounted to the outside wall of our classroom. The mural is a sensory experience for students to enjoy by viewing and touching. We also need a new stash of tempera paint/cardstock in every color for future projects.
