Our new reading area/classroom library will be a great place for students to sit and enjoy literature. My hope is to have my students, who are not fond of reading, to begin to enjoy reading, and to have my current book lovers keep their love for reading alive. I need just a few items in order to have a comfortable reading area/classroom library. Some of these items include an area rug, bean bags, a bookshelf and new books. The area rug and bean bags will provide a soft surface to sit and read a good story. The bookshelf will help with organization and the new books will be a wonderful addition to attract my students to this new reading area.
