I am currently the librarian at the Dutch Lane School in Hicksville, NY, home of the Reading Superheroes! While our school is small, our love of reading is not! Our students are fortunate to have library every week, where they are able to self select reading materials and learn about authors, illustrators and the process of writing and publishing literature. I am fortunate to be the person that gets to see their faces light up when they find that "just right" book that they can't put down. My colleagues may disagree, but I know that I have the BEST job in the whole school!

About my class
