The school I work at has the most dedicated group of teachers, I have ever seen. They are willing to put in long hours to make sure that we meet each students needs. The students are mostly low income and have parents who work very hard to make a living and survive. Most parents don't have the time to help at the school. So the teachers are very creative in helping them feel wanted and needed at the school.
