Wiggle Seats! Therapy Balls! Resistance Bands and More! Let's work our bodies and our minds at the same time! Help 7th graders exercise their bodies and minds at the same time! My students tell me that the hardest part of school is sitting still all day. I agree. The students and I believe that children learn better when they are able to move. My students believe that the items in this project will not only help them concentrate, but also be physically active at the same time! They will be getting exercise while they are learning, and also learning what exercises they love!
