My mission as an elementary school counselor is to advocate for the development of each students' academic, personal-social and college and career readiness needs through a comprehensive program. My comprehensive program includes classroom guidance lessons, small group counseling and individual counseling, resulting in 80% of my time being spent in direct students services. It is my belief that every student should have equitable access to counseling services to enhance their school success, enabling them to be successful and responsible members of society.
