My students very in age from 13-18 years old, some are beginning their fitness training, some are advanced, but all are improving throughout our training program. Many of my students are "blue collar" hard working individuals, and all students have recently witnessed the benefits of the hard work and dedication they have put in training, and have become hungry for more success. The recent success of our athletic teams and overall fitness level of all students has brought the community closer than ever before.
