The Oculus Go will allow students to learn beyond the four walls of our classroom. Currently, we navigate lessons using text or videos to explain different parts of the world, inside a cell, or Anne Franks experience but this device will give student real experiences by allowing them to virtually explore these concepts. It will allow them to experience traveling without leaving the classroom. I want give my students learning experiences beyond the classroom. With this resource I can bring science and language arts to life. Students will be able to explore things like the solar system, Anne Frank's house, or the space station. These types of activities help engage and active student learning. With this device I hope that I am able to continue to spark a love for education. I want my students want to learn and experience new things no matter the academic challenges the may face. The product that I have selected will help my students will allow my students to make connections. It will make more effective learning experiences. I have seen how teaching through experiences can positively affect my students work and demeanor and hope that the additional options will help us grow even more!
