My Pre-k students come to school every day ready to learn! This is the first time most of my students have ever been in school, and they are excited to learn letters, numbers, and shapes as well as social skills like sharing, problem solving, and perseverance. Our school is located in one of the most under-served areas in the state, and over 85% of my students qualify for free or reduced lunch. Additionally, many of my students are learning English for the first time. My students are sweet, smart, and capable, and they deserve the best start possible in school!
