Legos are naturally engaging to students. Students are able to use their imagination while learning a variety of problem solving strategies. Legos bring abstract concepts to life while providing students more opportunities to learn foundational skills to succeed. Lego bricks turn numbers, words, and ideas into real models that can be touched, described, and innovated upon. By making the subjects tangible, they foster collaboration and encourage self-guided learning by creating enthusiasm and giving students the tools they need to overcome challenges. I am requesting Legos for my students to be able to practice these skills they need to know. I would love to provide my students more opportunities to learn how to problem solve.
