As a Title I school, many of our parents struggle with meeting the basic needs for our students. When having to budget for food and utilities, they see fitness opportunities and equipment as luxury items that they cannot afford. Many of our students are also limited to amount of time they can spend playing and exercising outside because of neighborhood safety issues. Our goal is to teach our students exercises that they can also do inside their homes.

About my class
