When you were a child did you ever get so excited to read a new book? My students do! Getting new chapter books is critical to keep learning fresh and increase student engagement. Knowledge is power! The knowledge you gain from a book is something no one can take away from you. This is a concept I want ALL students to grasp. Whether students are sitting in their desks, in flexible seating, reading with a friend or on the carpet, they will be able to dive into a good book! Getting a variety of books allows students to have the choice of what to read. The books I selected are different levels, will accommodate many interests, and academic needs!
