Many of these students only dream of using a tablet, you can help make their dreams a reality. These kids possess a love of reading and adventure. Many of my students can be found reading in the classroom throughout the day. However, some shy away from reading, because they find it difficult to read a text and comprehend it simultaneously. Integrating reading instruction with a tablet just may be the spark these students need to build confidence and fluency! The integration of tablets in the classroom can also help foster math skills. Students can increase their math fact fluency aND enrich their learning through a multitude of apps and websites available on a tablet. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
