Our school is a K-8 Span School. Many of my 5th grade students come from a low social economic background. For this reason, they often lack the exposure and resources needed to help support learning at home. As a small school, less than 250 students, we often don't receive the same funds as larger schools, limiting our access to resources we need to provide our students with rich, rigorous learning. For this reason, our dedicated staff is always looking for new ways to access learning materials for our students to ensure they are able to receive a quality education.
