The students in this class are absolutely exceptional! These students have a passion to learn and have a passion to give their best effort while they learn. Last year, my class received a donation that included math activities from grade K-5. These activities were a great hit with my previous class as well as my current class. It is my hope to continue modifying instruction to be student centered. Kids today needs hands-on, game based learning activities that require students to work together and develop social skills. It is my hope that through Donors Choose students will in years to come will be able to learn and grow through kinesthetic, visual, and verbal experiences and within a comfortable classroom setting. Kids need to be active with their learning to achieve lifelong skills.
