We'd like to get a Cannon Laser Color Printer and some extra toner cartridges for our first grade team so we can enhance the learning of our students. They would be able to have decodable books printed with color pictures instead of black and white. This would entice more to read. We also print a lot of anchor charts and we would like them to be dynamic and eye catching. If they were in color, it would invite more to look at the teaching standard or "I Can" statement. A color printer would also allow us to not use our own home computers and ink. We buy a lot of things that have to be printed and if we had the good fortune to have a color printer it would save us time and money. Using a color printer would bring more visual interest to our teaching and our students would greatly benefit.
