A compact, efficient classroom refrigerator will help keep my students' snacks and lunches at a chill, safe temperature. This donation will help students stay motivated on learning and healthy by providing them the choice to bring a healthy and nutritious snack or lunch to school. These types of snacks and lunches often times need to stay cold. Also, I have noticed an increasing number of allergies and/or dietary restrictions with students. Finally, the decreasing quality of school lunches, the presence of GMO's, and a rise in the number of preservatives has raised awareness among parents and me. Therefore, this donation will greatly facilitate in helping children make better meal choices. Ultimately, eating health-conscious snacks and lunches will contribute to students being more focused and alert. Unfortunately, the refrigerator I had for the past five years quit at the end of the last school year. Overall, this donation will impact students' lives for a lifetime!
