The materials requested will help to start two clubs jump rope before school and basketball after school for our students to improve their hand eye coordination, social skills, gross and fine motor skills, etc. Limit stress, relieve anxiety and tension before heading to class with exercise and yoga some mornings. While having a safe place to continue learning the game of basketball after school. These materials will help to remove student focus from negative self thoughts and poor socio-economic status to build students up and provide the ability to empower each student through fitness, exercise and team sports! These clubs will allow each student to express themselves outside of the classroom and academics, which can be extremely powerful!
