Welcome to the band program and the Cecil H. Parker and Edward Williams Elementary Schools in Mount Vernon, NY I work in two buildings and I am giving the students here an opportunity to participate in a band program. Most students can't afford much so I provide as much as I can with additional resources. Budgets have been very limited and I want to expose as many kids as possible to performing in the arts. There is an existing budget for maintenance and upkeep.
