Kids have had a hard time adjusting to being back in the classroom after months to even years, for some kids, of being in school on a regular basis. Many of the selected fidgets are picked because they are mentally stimulating puzzles that encourage problem solving skills, creative thinking and help develop grit as the try and try again to overcome a difficult or challenging task. Fidgets provide a way for students to keep their hands occupied but still stay engaged in lessons and learning. I have selected fidgets that can be easily cleaned or rotated out to ensure that we are staying safe in COVID-19 times.
