I want my students to feel like they are at their home away from home! Comfy and cozy bean bag chairs, fluffy pillows and seats to bounce on. Who would want more?! Research shows that students learn more and are more engaged when they are sitting in a choice place and position. The rigidity of a desk doesn't create a cozy home away from home which is the opposite of my objective. All my students learn differently and have different backgrounds. Giving them the option to optimize their learning is my goal. This project will provide options for my students to read, work independently, relax, socialize and feel at home.

About my class
