Scholastic Magazines meet students at their level. They provide plenty of non-fiction and fiction resources for my students to see and actually be able to hold. These magazines have fantastic components that can be used in conjunction with online features. Videos and online games and worksheets accompany these magazines, which bring even my lowest readers into the mix. Scholastic Magazines build knowledge and skills through exciting content. My students really enjoy watching and listening to these articles because they talk about real-world issues. I really enjoy how they are linked to the Common Core standards and how the children are learning skills such as Reading/Social-Studies/Writing and even Science! The students really enjoy the beautiful colorful pictures. Its typically the "simple" things in life that bring joy into my classroom. Scholastic Magazines are the best part of the school day. With your contribution, my students will have the resources to excel and learn with magazines covering the latest topics to enhance overall instruction.
