So often my students are entering a classroom for the first time. These children have never been to preschool and often times have never had an opportunity to interact with other kids. This dramatic play area will allow my students the opportunity to work with others and pretend, imagine, and be creative. When they step into our KidKraft Ultimate Kitchen and make dinner for their family or go grocery shopping in the Melissa and Doug Fresh Market Grocery they will be using and learning social skills that they will carry with them forever. It is a place that promotes high level thinking, problem solving, and active engagement. No matter the level of the child they will feel successful during this time.

About my class
