I serve an amazing group of students! They are true survivors and they inspire me to be a better teacher everyday. My school is classified as a low socioeconomic institution, thus many of my students have the bare minimum for school. Some of them come to school with no school supplies and are in need of a healthy meal. I try to make my classroom a safe haven that fosters learning for all my students. They have a yearning to learn even though they may be facing many difficulties at home.

About my class
