My students are the greatest. Diversity and poverty are clearly seen at our school, however, close your eyes, and my students have wealth in their hearts, minds, and community. Although sometimes lost in a world dominated by phones, computers and screens, the hearts of my students are full of real dreams. Many simply don't have the experience of working with their hands to create something useful. I want to unlock their dreams by helping them create something they dream of. Starting out with simple hand projects will enable students to broaden their imagination and dream up their own role in a better future for the planet.
