My students come from different cultural backgrounds. They have many interests but the one thing they all have in common is their love to exercise. I have just started teaching them dance moves and taught them baseball skills last month. I feel exercise and moving your body is very important to staying healthy. I am fortunate to have a very supportive community, staff, and parents who are willing to do whatever they can to help out their children and teachers as well. Incorporating yoga into our exercise routine would be fantastic!
