I teach at a Title I elementary school where 100% of my students receive free breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, many of my students are already at risk of falling behind academically. However, my students are not defined by that or any statistic. They are spunky and fun, always have something to say about everything. They are curious about the world, how it works and how it reacts. They demand to know answers to questions that proliferate their lives. They are ready and able to learn, each and every day.

About my class
