First graders love to learn! My students are curious and creative. They love to express themselves through art, hands-on projects, experiments, and activities. We work together -- my students and I -- to help each student in the class be successful and we have a lot of fun along the way. Community is an important part of our classroom. We work together and find ways to make connections with other classes and grade-levels. We also look for ways to volunteer and show kindness to others. We want to make a difference at school and in our community.
