My students coming from a very diverse home life. Half of our school is a magnet for the academically gifted students from across the county and the other half of the students come form the surrounding community. I teach the kids who are zoned to come to the school and they all come with a story...every kid has a story. My kids need the school environment because it is a place they are secure...it's a constant. My school is so unique because we are able to mix up the kids who are very gifted with some of the lower performers and they are able to work together and learn together.
