Greetings! I'm entering just my second year of teaching and my first year in 3rd grade. I will have a classroom full of 25 curious and culturally diverse learners who long to find success when the odds seem stacked against them. Our school is a Title 1 school with over 82% of students qualified to receive free or reduced price breakfast and lunch. In addition, 13% of our students qualify for special education services and 28% of our students receive English language support. We use an inclusion model at our school where our students with these needs learn alongside their peers in general education classrooms. Everyday is fun, challenging, and fulfilling for me and for the students as well. With your support, we will grow and excel together!
