Hello! I am a 1st grade teacher at Alpine Elementary! I love teaching young readers and building confidence! I believe in hands on learning and getting students out of their seats and exploring math and science concepts. My classroom is full of writing and reading projects. I "decorate" my room with the students work and art. They very much own the room! I try to help my students own their learning and manage themselves. Seeing my students achieve success on their own (with a little guidance from me) is what makes teaching the best job ever!
