I have a diverse class with several ELL students that need individualization. I constantly am looking for ways to keep each child learning on their own level, so that they can reach their full potential. Therefore, I individualize as much as possible everyday. By having Bluetooth headphones in my class it will help the students be able to be less distracted by others when completing their leveled assignments while on the iPads. Each child in my class uses the headphones/iPads at least twice a day, once during math and once during reading. I don't have an individual iPad for every child, so part my class is doing other work while others are on iPads. It really helps to have headphones for the iPads, and is reduces distractions significantly.
